Had an awesome time hanging out at Root Down on Ipava today! 💪🥤

I had the opportunity to meet a ton of great people, buy some amazing drinks, share the story behind Four Seasons Junk, and connect with members of our community.

I brought one of my Muay Thai championship belts along for the ride and had some fun taking photos with everyone. 🏆📸

Small businesses grow because of relationships, and I’m incredibly grateful for every conversation, handshake, and new connection made today. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and a huge thank you to Rootdown Nutrition for creating such a welcoming place for the community to come together.

Tree house demo in Bloomington, MN! This was a tree house built over 20 years ago for the clients children who have their own children now!
