Recently, Josh spent a couple days in Bolingbrook, Illinois completing a three-day Egro training—the first time he’s been able to dive deep into this new line of super-automatic espresso machines.

The training included two full days of hands-on work, followed by a day dedicated to preventative maintenance, water quality, installation, and programming.

What a day at the Service Layer Skills Share in Houston!

We're incredibly grateful to have gathered with fellow technicians from across the country to share knowledge, sharpen our skills, and build momentum for a stronger coffee service community. Service Layer believes continuing education is essential for every tech—and today was a powerful reminder of that mission.
