Haven't posted in a while, finding something worth mentioning isn't always easy. I'm blessed to say this tamale found me and I couldn't be happier!
is an amazing chef showing off her Colombian roots in ways I didn't know was possible. She made these chicken tamales that were just fabulous. (Her husband helped wrap them till 2am he too deserves an applause)
She is currently doing all types of dinners and classes out of her house. I highly recommend following her you never know what she will do next!
