Responsibilities

* Operate excavators, dozers, skid steers, wheel loaders, compactors, haul trucks, and other heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform site excavation, grading, utility installation, drainage, stormwater, and site development work.
* Read grades, understand site plans, and maintain proper elevations.
* Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
* Work alongside crew members while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
* Represent Penn Excavating Services professionally with clients, builders, engineers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

* Experience operating heavy construction equipment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
* GPS machine control experience is preferred but not required.
