🌟 Spotlight on Rachel and Her LEAD Morris Journey! 🌟
For the past 8 months, Rachel has been participating in the LEAD Morris Leadership Program, joining nearly 40 business and nonprofit professionals from across Morris County in a transformative experience focused on leadership development, community engagement, and professional growth.
As part of a recent project, Rachel collaborated with four fellow women leaders to create a special day for residents of Plaid House at Grow It Green Morristown, an urban farm in Morristown, NJ. Together, they enjoyed harvesting fresh vegetables, tasting organic foods, and picking flowers to create their own beautiful bouquets.
LEAD Morris provides participants with valuable opportunities to strengthen leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and make a positive impact throughout the community. We are proud of Rachel's dedication, teamwork, and passion for giving back, and we look forward to seeing the continued impact of her leadership journey.
