We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of a new tiny home community, slated for October-November 2024, in Eastern Tennessee. We offer a unique and affordable housing option for those interested in sustainable living.
The park is located about halfway between Morristown, TN, and Newport, TN, near the French Broad River and Douglas Lake. It offers a secluded, quiet country setting with convenient access to nearby attractions such as Knoxville, TN, Asheville, NC, Hot Springs, NC, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and the Cherokee National Forest.
We are now accepting pre-applications for full-time residents who:
• Consider themselves self-aware and practice emotional intelligence.
• Are interested in living in a community that supports sustainability and conscious relationships with other residents.
• Value an active lifestyle and living in nature.
• Enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and camping.
The park is designed to foster a sense of community while promoting an eco-friendly lifestyle. Each tiny home spot will be secluded and private, including water, sewer, cable internet, and landline phone service. Wireless cell phone service and satellite internet will not be available.
Our amenities include a clubhouse with a full kitchen and studio space available to residents, a fire pit for gatherings, an activity field, and space available for gardening and growing food. The layout of the park is designed for added security and safety, featuring a pond and potential additions such as a hot tub, sauna, and corral with a barn. Rent will be $850 per month plus utilities.
Our community is meant to provide seclusion and peace and quiet. Newport is just 20 minutes from the location and offers a few good places to eat, a coffee café, and a pub. Newport has Walmart, Lowe's, and other major retailers for basic supplies and sundries. For more extensive amenities and nightlife, residents can head to Morristown, TN (30 minutes away) or Hot Springs, NC (35 minutes away). Knoxville is an hour away, and Asheville is an hour and 20 minutes away.
"We are excited to bring this innovative housing solution to the area," said Joseph Dogoli, the park's owner-developer. "Our goal is to create a welcoming community for individuals and families who value sustainability and a simpler way of living."
Joseph has a background in psychology, business development-management, and culinary arts.
