OJO Tiny Home Communities is officially open for Founding Resident applications. Tucked into the Appalachian foothills of East Tennessee, OJO is a planned community being built for people who want more life and less house.
Back in 2024, we announced plans to open late that year. Like many projects in this region, we were significantly impacted by Hurricane Helene — the storm disrupted contractor availability, supply chains, and permitting timelines across East Tennessee and western North Carolina, and OJO was no exception.
