Another successful rechassis project completed by IPS! 💪🚛

After an incident last winter left one of our customer's propane bobtails unusable, our team got to work and gave this truck a new life. Using the existing tank, we built it onto a brand-new chassis and equipped it with updated components to get it back on the road safely and efficiently.

✅ New International MV607 chassis
✅ New Blackmer Pump
✅ New LC Meter with LCRII register
✅ New Hannay Hose Reel
✅ New RegO relief valves, hose end valve, safety valves, and ACME connections

🚧🔥 Project Spotlight: Keeping Operations Running While Upgrading Critical Infrastructure! 🔥🚧

This project was completed in two phases to ensure our customer could continue operations without a shutdown. 💪⚙️

📍 Phase 1 ✅ Transferred product from one tank to another
✅ Safely flared the tank
✅ Installed new tank internals and relief valves
✅ Modified the manway cover by adding couplings for true v***r service

📍 Phase 2 ✅ Returned the following week to install the modified manway cover
✅ Installed and connected a new 3" manifold
✅ Transferred product to the larger storage tank
✅ Refit the 18,000-gallon tank with new internals

Projects like this require detailed planning, precision, and a commitment to safety, all while keeping our customer's operation running smoothly. 👏🔧🚛

IPS recently completed a unique project designed to improve efficiency and maximize product recovery for our customer. 💪

✅ Installed 475 feet of overhead piping for a brand-new dock facility
✅ Designed and installed an evacuation skid allowing the customer to safely reclaim propane from old tanks
✅ Supports the refurbishment process, helping extend tank life and reduce waste ♻️

This system gives our customer the ability to recover valuable product before tanks are refurbished, creating a safer and more efficient operation. 🚛⚙️

Great work by the IPS team bringing this project from concept to completion! 👏🙌

Our team successfully transported and installed a 30,000-gallon storage tank for our customer on beautiful Put-In-Bay Island! 🌊🚢

Getting a tank of this size to an island is no small task. The tank was carefully loaded and transported by boat before being delivered and positioned at the facility, providing valuable additional storage capacity for our customer. 💪

We're proud of our team's planning, coordination, and commitment to getting the job done right, no matter the logistics challenge.
