Every year a licensed Auctioneer is required to take CE for certain states ... again this year I just completed my Texas CE and will renew my Texas Auctioneers License on the due date.... Oklahoma on the other hand is a non license state ... in other words an Auctioneer does not need a license in Oklahoma ... I am however a licensed Real Estate Professional in the state of Oklahoma and must meet the education requirements for that License .... When it comes to Auctions and Real Estate Sales ... contact a Professional.
