For nearly two decades, we were deep in the reseller world. Hardware inventory, maintenance contracts, technicians on staff. 💻

But finding and keeping good technicians kept getting harder, key suppliers were making things increasingly difficult, and the on-premise UC market was heading in a direction we didn't believe in.

So we made the call to walk away and go all in on the technology advisor model.
