Another grading job complete. Place was full of rocks from being excavated for new house. We cleaned it up shaped the entire area capped off with topsoil. Was a little tacky from prior rain but we made it work so they could proceed this week getting decks built.

Rlb contracting inc took on a job in bellview mo, a very heavy wooded area lots of left over cull piles brush and down trees. Customer purchased land for a small cabin to be placed on. We cleared out land removed stumps and trees making a nice roadway and cut to grade a 16x24 area for tiny home cabin. We put down growth barrier under gravel for both roadway and pad for cabin to eliminate vegitation growth under both. we also cut a swell on the uphill side behind excavated cabin area and Bermmed up to detour water from becoming an issue due to being on a slope.
