Cadillac Area Land Conservancy

Cadillac Area Land Conservancy Preserving unique properties in a natural state by limiting future commercial development Every day more people are discovering the beauty of the Cadillac area.

Those of us who live and work here enjoy the area's natural beauty and know it as an important part of the quality of life that makes this a great community. We are the guardian of gifts of property rights for preservation. Land owners with environmentally significant land have gifted us their land or its development rights in order to preserve its present state.

A great chance to check out what has been happening on the Clam River and get lunch!

A full day on the river - at no cost to you!

Join us for the Clam River Restoration Bus Tour on Thursday, August 20th! The bus ride, two guided restoration site visits, and a sit-down lunch at a local Falmouth restaurant are all included. You just show up!

You'll see real riparian restoration in action, hear directly from the property owners who made it happen, and take home resources you can actually use - whether you own riverfront property or just love your watershed.
