A delayed thank you to everyone who helped with the garden kick-off last Friday. All the volunteers that showed up and the Baker college staff, YMCA staff, students at the ISD who dug the holes, CISMA, MSU Extension Service and Master Gardeners, CALC board members and everyone else who came out to plant. A BIG thank you to Morgan composting/Dairy Doo for their generous donation, Dunbar Excavating for top soil, Wexford Conservation District for plants, ReLeaf tree program, City of Cadillac for tree "cookies", CISMA for wild plant seed, MSU Extension service for garden design. This garden is truly a collaborative community project. Thank you!!
