We are proud to continue our recognition of top students in literature at the College of Idaho.

Congratulations to McKenna, recipient of the Caxton Book Award for Outstanding Junior in Literature & Creative Writing at the College of Idaho. As part of the award, recipients select three books from the Caxton catalog to add to their personal collection.

McKenna chose a book about Minidoka and the history of Japanese American incarceration during World War II — a powerful example of how literature preserves important stories and history.
