Not a Bitner Vineyards wine club member? You’re still welcome to enjoy a relaxing wine tasting on our patio! 🍷🌿

Non-members are welcome to make a tasting reservation in advance for groups of 4 or fewer on Fridays or Saturdays, from 12:00–3:30 PM.

For more than two decades, Bitner Vineyards has remained a small, family-owned winery producing just 1,500 cases of wine each year. Our wine club members take home most of our limited production, but we’re always happy to share what we have with new friends who appreciate good wine and a peaceful place to enjoy it.

Our small patio and intimate tasting experience are perfect for slowing down, enjoying the view, and getting to know the people behind the wine. And don’t be surprised if you hear a little about our bees during your visit! 🐝🍇

All tastings are offered outdoors on our patio, so please dress appropriately for the weather. ☀️🧥🌧️💨❄️

Visit www.bitnervineyards.com to make a reservation.

Since 1981, Bitner Vineyards has been rooted in farming, family, community, and respect for the land.

We started as grape growers, helped establish the Snake River AVA, and opened our small tasting room in 2003. Today, we continue to farm 15 acres and produce about 1,500 cases a year. We were proud to be Idaho’s first winery to receive sustainable vineyard certification.

For us, wine is about more than what’s in the bottle. It’s about protecting and respecting our farmland, pollinators, bees, wildlife, our neighbors, ranchers, and the hardworking farmers and tractor drivers who keep Idaho agriculture moving.

Canyon County and the Idaho seed industry are an essential part of our state’s economy, generating approximately $1.5 billion in economic value.

We believe in growing thoughtfully—not simply growing bigger. Integrity means doing what is right for the land, animals, pollinators, our neighbors, and our community. Stewardship, sustainability, community, and respect will always matter more to us than scale or ego.

We are incredibly grateful for our members and loyal customers who have supported and valued Bitner Vineyards for decades—and continue to support us every day. You make it possible for us to keep farming, caring for this land, and doing things the right, ethical way.

All Idaho Agricultural, Animals, and Pollinators are worth protecting. 🌱🐝🌽🌾

🍷❤️ Giving Back with Idaho Foodbank

Bitner Vineyards was proud to donate our wines to support the Idaho Foodbank’s Race Against Hunger this past weekend at The Arid Club.

Aamon had a wonderful time pouring wines and helping support the Idaho Foodbank’s mission to feed everyone in the state of Idaho. We’re grateful to be part of an event that brings our community together for such an important cause.

The Idaho Foodbank helps provide food assistance to more than 200,000 Idahoans each Month through its network of food pantries, community organizations, and feeding programs.

A big thank-you to everyone who came out, supported the event, and helped make a difference. And special thanks to our wine delivery guy, Anthony, for always keeping things moving! 🍷

Cheers to good wine, good people, and giving back to our Idaho community. 💙

Thank you, everyone, for the kind words and support in regard to no 2026 harvest. We deeply appreciate it and are incredibly fortunate we can work through this with your support.

While this season has not been easy, our hearts are with all of the farmers and ranchers working through the devastating fires around Jordan Valley and along the Oregon–Idaho border and the Tartar fire in Weiser moving towards our family hometown of Midvale.

We’re thinking not only of our dear friends, families and communities affected, but also of the animals, pollinators, wildlife, and land that are impacted by these fires. So much care, beauty, hard work, and life are tied to this land, and our hearts go out to everyone facing such heartbreaking losses.

Wishing all those affected safety, strength, healing, and blessings in the days ahead. ❤️🙏🌱🐝🐮

Bitner Vineyards has experienced one of the most difficult seasons in our 45 years of farming.
A severe hailstorm devastated our 2026 grape harvest, resulting in no white or red wine production this year.

We normally produce 300–400 cases of white wine each year. In 2025, that dropped to just 180 cases, and in 2026, Zero (0) case production. Our remaining white wines are now extremely limited.

Prices on our remaining white wines will increase to reflect their scarcity and help support the continued care of our vineyard and vineyard crew.

Please keep in mind that approximately 90% of our white wines are sold at the member price. As a result, our wines are generally not purchased at the higher retail price point. In addition, many of our members purchase wine by the case, receiving an additional 20% or 25% case discount. These factors significantly reduce the average selling price compared to the standard retail price.

This pricing adjustment reflects the extremely limited availability of these wines and helps support the continued sustainable care of our vineyard, vineyard crew, and our commitment to producing exceptional wines despite this year’s devastating crop loss.

Should the 2027 harvest be unsuccessful, these wines could represent the final vintages of Bitner Vineyards old vine - white wines for the foreseeable future. As inventories continue to decline, pricing will be adjusted to reflect their increasing scarcity and limited availability.

This is the life of farming.

This is a difficult for us. These vines, planted in 1981, helped start Bitner Vineyards and are a meaningful part of our history.

Bitner Vineyards has been incredibly blessed throughout 45 years of farming, and we are so thankful for the many bountiful red and white vintages we’ve had the privilege to share with all of you. We truly appreciate your continued support, friendship, and understanding.
