Today I had a great opportunity to take a kickboxing class with my good friend, William A. Yarbrough. 🥊💥

If you or someone you know is interested in private kickboxing lessons, I highly recommend reaching out to William. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and makes the workout both challenging and fun!
