Work From Home Diaries 💌 Chapter Three

I’ve been doing my own nails for YEARS after watching the prices in nail salons raise so high. (If you’re close to me or been following along, you also know I’m a HUGE homebody so going to the salon just feels like a chore.)

I started doing my own lashes in 2022.

It used to take me at least over an hour when I first started, but once I got the hang of it, it literally takes me 20 minutes to do now.

I’m going to drop the lashes I use, the nail brand that never fails me, and my favorite nail glue later in my stories!

What’s the point in taking a sick day if I can get my work completed from the comfort of my couch?

Got the poodles on standby, DayQuil on deck, camera ready from the waist up. 💁🏼‍♀️

AND today is the last teaching day until August! So I celebrated with a ginger shot to kick this cold in the butt.

While I don’t feel great, I’m feeling so grateful that I get to feel icky right here at home while getting paid.

So thankful for my virtual assistant biz and my teaching position. 🤍
