Dear Franchisees,
We know that one of our former employees has been selling or providing unauthorized raw materials to franchisees across different states.
As a friendly reminder, it is a breach of the Ding Tea franchise agreement to purchase or acquire unauthorized raw materials from unapproved suppliers. The violation hereof would be a material breach of the franchise agreement, and we may terminate the franchise agreement, seek legal damages, and confiscate the security deposit for those who breach the contractual requirements.

Ding Tea Headquarters hereby declares Ding Tea Valencia in California doesn’t have any franchising relationship from now on.

Ding Tea Valencia has terminated the franchising relationship with the headquarters and no longer uses the Ding Tea brand authorization, signboard, and products to sell to consumers.

Dear Valued Customers,

Our former franchisee operated a Ding Tea store at 6904 N Hale Ave, Tampa, FL 33614. The store has been operating illegally and infringing our franchise right by providing Ding Tea training to potential franchisees. The store is NOT authorized to provide the Ding Tea Training to anyone.

As a result of this announcement, the store is no longer associating with us. The termination of the franchise will be effective from September 4, 2022. We reserve the legal rights to claim against the store in competent courts if it keeps providing the Ding Tea Training or continues to operate the store after September 4, 2022.

Please report to us directly about the store's illegal and unauthorized activities, particularly about providing Ding Tea Training and Unauthorized Ding Tea raw materials.

If you are interested in opening any Ding Tea Store, please contact us directly to acquire legal authorization, receive exclusive Ding Tea training, and utilize legit raw materials to make our proprietary Ding Tea beverages.
