With fall sports and back-to-school activities in full swing, we are VERY busy filling online store orders—and we are SO thankful for your support! Since we’ve never explained exactly how these stores work, here’s a quick overview:

• Each store is organized by a coach or booster club. They help choose the designs and decide when the store opens and closes based on their team’s schedule and needs.

• All items from a store are printed together after the store closes. If you order on the first day of a three-week sale, it may be about four weeks before your order is ready.

• As soon as a store closes, we process the orders, purchase the blank apparel, and schedule printing—typically within 4–5 days.

• Every order is then sorted and individually bagged, which can take several hours for each store.

• Once the store’s orders are ready, the system sends an email to everyone who placed an order. Coaches are also notified so they can help spread the word.

• Finally, we give the coach or booster club a check for the proceeds their store earned!

We know everyone is excited to receive their new fall gear! We have three more stores finishing up this week and will post updates as soon as they are ready.
