Day 2 at Kentucky Bourbon Festival we had the pleasure of hosting a packed house to talk about our Cabernet finishing process and shared paired pours of our DATE NIGHT cab with our LATE NIGHT bourbon and RESERVE cab with our RESERVE bourbon. Thanks to all who came out to sample and listen. Come find us pouring again today at the Wh***ey House chalet!

Meet LATE NIGHT: An 11-year straight bourbon wh***ey finished for 13 months in Phifer Pavitt DATE NIGHT Cabernet Sauvignon barrels and bottled at 107 proof.

On the nose, layered Cabernet-kissed French oak meets bold vanilla, dark caramel, spiced almonds, worn leather and cinnamon spice. The palate is complex and bold, with rich raisin and fig deepening into smoked caramel and almond brittle, followed by a long, warm finish.
