Last night (6/30) a shed at the Village of Cambria was broken into and the 4-Wheeler belonging to Tri-C Athletics was stolen. We ask for anyone with any information regarding it to please contact us or the Williamson County Sherrifs office.

The Village of Cambria is under a burn ban until further notice. All fires need to be contained within a fire pit and attended or subject to the fire department extinguishing the fire.

The Veterans Airport of Southern Illinois in Marion will be conducting a Full-Scale Exercise on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 from 1pm to 4 pm.

This exercise is to test the Airport’s Emergency Plan and Response to a simulated airplane crash. You will see various emergency response vehicles on the airfield and in the surrounding areas.

This is an EXERCISE and not a real emergency event.

Please do not report the EXERCISE as an emergency on social media or notify 911.
