It is always nice to get a thank-you note from a customer after working on a piano. Sometimes it's a text or a verbal "thank you," which I also appreciate. But the handwritten notes are always special. I am thankful for all of my customers, and I am happy to serve you!

It was fun having a bluebird visit the window while I was tuning yesterday! It brought to mind the song "Bluebird, Bluebird Through My Window" while I was working.

Yesterday day was the 88th day of the year--World Piano Day (for the 88 keys on the piano)! In celebration, go find a piano and play something! It's ok if you can only play "Chopsticks" or a few chords of a song. Playing the piano can bring peace and joy to yourself and those around you.

Even though my Google Business page may not show it, Back in Tune Piano Service is alive and well--and busier and better than ever! I've had trouble with my Google Business Profile and have had to set up a new one, but I'm still here for you and your pianos. I am thankful for all of my wonderful customers, and I appreciate your business and support!

Pianos need the occasional repair besides just a good tuning. Having problems fixed (instead of just living with them) makes your piano work better, feel better, sound better.

A friend of mine recently encouraged me to start sharing pictures of my piano jobs again, and I decided to follow his advice. Today I installed a Dampp-Chaser system and an undercover on a piano. It will help maintain the relative humidity inside the piano a little better and help it hold its tune longer. (If you have questions about this for your piano, let me know...) Keep your eyes peeled for more of the fun pianos I get to spend time with. I plan to be better about sharing them with you!
