We are excited to announce our research collaboration with the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine to evaluate human compatible islet cells in a clinically relevant diabetes model. This research is a prerequisite to advancing to human trials in the future if successful. The research will take place in the laboratory of Norma Sue Kenyon, Ph.D., at the Diabetes Research Institute, Miller School of Medicine.
