Our company Lowry Metals was established in 1966 in Lore City, Ohio, founded by the late William (Bill) Lowry. Which was then Lowry Automotive, selling used auto parts and dealing in scrap automobiles. In the early 1980's we started recycling scrap metal and transformed into a full scrap metal recycling facility. In the year 2005 we expanded to Cambridge, Ohio, where we opened Lowry Metals II. Today both locations are in full operation, with three generations of experience, recycling ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We purchase scrap metal from the public as well as commercial businesses at competitive prices! For the customers convenience we unload the scrap and have heavy equipment available for easy unloading. We also are open six days a week to make it possible for anyone to recycle. Our main location in Lore City, Ohio offers a state certified drive on scale and is where we purchase heavier scrap such as automobiles and machinery. As a member of The Ohio Department of Public Safety Division of Homeland Security and Licensed by Guernsey County, we follow all state & local laws
