Turbo Excavating has a position open for an operator/laborer. This is a full time position. Pay is based on experience. We operate out of Cambridge Ohio. Home every night!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a positive attitude! It is extremely important to work well with our team, and to always display a positive attitude towards our clients.
- Must work safely! We have a zero harm safety policy. It is our top priority to make sure we all go home to our families safely every day.
- Be willing to learn! We are a growing company and we take on new tasks every day.
- Experience is preferred! We perform a lot of water & sewer work, grading, road work and various types of earth moving projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Fueling and greasing equipment daily
- General labor, including shoveling, raking, installing pipe, etc.
- This position will include a lot of labor, but you will see a lot of seat time as well.
- Operating heavy equipment including but not limited to dozer, excavator, skid steer, articulating dump truck, wheel loader etc.

2024, What a year for us. Our fleet grew, our team grew, and our customer base expanded. We took on some much larger projects and continued on our journey for growth. Take a look at a few of our projects from the last 12 months.

🚧🚧Please use caution on 513 between pisgah rd and Oxford road as our crew completes the spill clean up from a tanker wreck. ODOT is on site assisting with traffic control and 513 is down to one lane at this time. 🚧🚧

Last week we donated our time, equipment, and a load of sand to the East Guernsey Ball Association to improve the fields in Old Washington for the upcoming season. We’re happy to give back to the community whenever possible! Good luck to all EGBA teams this season!

New year, new machine! Throughout 2020, we recognized a need for a much larger excavator for some of our bigger projects. This 135G fit the bill nicely. This excavator has the power & reach to really move a lot of dirt and tackle bigger demolition projects.

None of this would be possible without our incredible, continuously growing list of customers. Thank you to everyone who has chose to do business with us during the 2020 season. We look forward to working with you all in 2021!

No matter how big we grow, the mindset will always remain the same; to provide quality work in a timely manner, on every job site big or small. Thank you all so much for the support, & happy new year.

Here’s some pictures of a large pond we recently finished. We took a section of land that wasn’t useful, and turned it into an outdoorsman’s dream. The pond sits in a beautiful secluded bottom with roughly 3/4 of an acre footprint. The pond also features a shallow cove at the back.

A lot of detail went into this one. Be sure to scroll through the pictures to see the difference from start to finish!

We used the 210 excavator, the 450 dozer, and a couple of our other smaller machines to complete this job. With the springs and natural ground water we encountered, it was interesting at times. But nonetheless, it turned out great.

You may have seen our equipment this past weekend at the 5th Annual Mud Volleyball Tournament in Quaker City. We excavated the mud volleyball pits for the event. Due to the fact that all of the proceeds from the event are donated to su***de prevention and cancer awareness, our services were donated, and completely FREE. Just incase you weren’t there, here’s what you missed:

•35 teams PLUS a ton of spectators came out to the tournament.

•6,000 dollars was raised to be donated.

It was an incredible effort by many people in this community. We’re happy to have had a small hand in helping out those in need.

If you are interested in playing in mud volleyball, another tournament will be held on August 29th. The proceeds from that event will be going towards a local firefighter who is battling cancer, to help with medical bills. Hope to see everyone there!
