On behalf of all of us here at CVLM, we would like to express out deepest condolences regarding the passing of Neil Adams and Don Skellie, both of whom spent a great deal of time at the auction barn over the years.

Don was a constant fixture on Tuesday nights. With cane in hand and smoking a cigar, he kept a watchful eye on all the comings and goings. He loved to visit and always had a good story to tell.
Don was also a great friend to our parents. With Don’s wife Donna, they all enjoyed each others company and made many memories together. We will miss you Skellkill!

Neil Adams who married Glenn’s sister Joyce McLenithan, worked for many years in the office printing beef checks and putting them in envelopes to be sent out to all the farmers. He could always remember what everyone got paid for their cows and calves! Neil loved sharing the news of what was happening on all the area farms especially with his good friends Pook Gilchrest, Dave Ryan and Art Mercure.

Our thoughts are with their families during this time.
