Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I feel like 2023 has lasted forever and has had many twists and turns. We added a new team member-Jennifer Carr who will be greeting you at the front desk. We changed Katie's title to Customer Liaison. She will handle all tax issues and work with clients and the respective tax organization to resolve issues. Dawna has taken on more responsibilities as she works towards transitioning to ownership when I retire (we have several years to go :) ). Diana is ready to start working on taxes-she loves this time of year. My ever-faithful, volunteer Mom, is ready to pitch in and help wherever needed. We are waiting patiently for Elizabeth to come back and help us with our marketing and promotions!! Shelby Spilker is plugging away at the bug business; if you need bugs, she's got 'em :) I, as always, am working towards growth of the business so that our team is taken care of. We look forward to working with our client family in 2024!!
