Well.... God is keeping us on our toes. We had another lighting strike today and more outages. Please bare with us and send prayers to stop the storms! We have replacement parts arriving today but we can't install them till the storms stop! We will get everyone restored as soon as possible.

Well, We have put many Band-Aids on the system and all phone systems should be working. The permanent fix is scheduled for next weekend. If you are still having phone issues please call our office (with your cell phone) and we will take care of you ASAP. We just love weather events and lighting can foil all your plains (and backup plans!)

Our building, which houses our control room, has been struck by lightning. We are down, and foing our absolute best to get power restored. *PLEASE* be patient with us with this matter. Thank you!

Dear customers, Spectrums outage/planned maintenance has impacted a lot of you. We wanted to post an update to let you know we are aware of the outage and aware that spectrums services are impacting ours.

We have very little control over this. Several customers that are not SCR subscribers are experiencing this same outage. It is from spectrum and not us.

We understand that our lives now are very internet based. We know you need your services. We need you to have them too! While we wait for spectrum to finish what they are doing, know that we are doing all we can.

As we wait, please keep in mind that our technicians are aware of the issue at hand. We have had calls around the clock, but we are unable to fix what spectrum is doing.

SPECTRUM has a planned outage starting around midnight 4/11/24. This is NOT an outage from SCRNCOM specifically.

This should be a short outage, however it is NOT localized to SCRNCOM.
Please be patient with Spectrum as they updating services.

We are currently experiencing a large-scale outage of our internet service, and consequently our VoIP services as well. This means the service to our network is down, NOT SCRNCOM.

Please understand that we are doing our best to get you all online, but the issue with the network is NOT from SCRNCOM.

All of your calls and messages are appreciated but at this time, we are aware of the issue and are doing our best to get back online.

Again, this is NOT an issue stemming from SCRNCOM. This is from our upstream providers.
