☁️ This dreary weather has us daydreaming about sunshine — and the beautiful 3-seasons room we just wrapped up! ☀️

This custom build was all about seamlessly blending the new structure with the existing home — complete with a stunning tongue-and-groove ceiling, a board and batten feature wall, new gutters, and thoughtful design details that make it truly one-of-a-kind.

It’s the perfect space to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about the weather — something we could all use on days like today! 🌦️

In lieu of the holiday season we thought we would share one of our favorite places to visit during Christmas!! Oram’s Country Roads tree Farms. Getting a Christmas tree from Oram’s has been a family tradition of ours for years so we were honored to complete thier remodel for them! And wow what a transformation!! We removed existing front porch, built new enclosed porch , built new side deck , removed existing dormers and constructed a new main dormer , All The Kings Men installed a new roof , spray foam insulation was installed in the porch area, all new vinyl siding, minor electrical work, several new windows were installed, all new soffit fascia, new versetta stone on front porch and we wrapped front garage area with vinyl siding. Inside we did all new tongue and groove ceiling in the new bedroom area, installed a new bathroom, finished with sheetrock and paint and all new flooring. To keep the nostalgic look Molly Oram, the owner hand crafted Christmas tree shutters and railings, adding the perfect amount of Christmas charm!! The end result was beautiful!! Check out this beautiful Trex deck we created with our clients vision and desire to have a larger outdoor space to entertain, but one that was unique and beautiful! We absolutely love the final product!!

This porch is what dreams are made of 😍!!! She’s all ready for paint and is absolutely stunning. She has been a ton of hard work and money but every bit of it was worth it to get this final look. We knew from the moment we bought this house the front porch needed to be saved. When there are some ferns hanging from her, rocking chairs, morning coffee and the pitter patter of little feet this space will be an essential part of this home, which is why we fought so hard to save her. Next up is the roof and siding, and the exterior will be done!! A huge thank you to the guys of All the Kings Men for coming along beside us and making this crazy vision come to life. Replicating the original wood curves was not easy but they made our vision of restoring the porch to match the original one happen and the end result is perfection ❤️!!
