APPROX. $380 PER SHIFT!

-fill in for 12 or 24 hour shift from 8a-8a, 8a-8p, or 8p-8a, beginning immediately

applicant should be versed in mental health, have the ability to administer medications 4x per day, and great interpersonal/communication skills.

We’re looking to hire someone in the Chetek area to provide daily check ins for a member within the City of Chetek!

Check ins are 7 days a week, around 10am, but member is flexible! Check in takes around 20-30min!

(Hire does not have to provide all check ins 7 days per week, pick up shifts as they work with your schedule)

Check ins include:
•medication check in
•dial insulin
•blood pressure check
•blood sugar check
•documentation

We provide all training! Position is immediately available!!
