The Mechanical Warehouse Manager

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe and efficient management of inventory, equipment, and personnel. The role requires a strong mechanical background and excellent leadership skills to maintain high standards in warehouse safety and organization.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a mechanical or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems is a plus.
• Proven experience managing teams, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff while maintaining a high level of productivity.
• In-depth understanding of workplace safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and best practices in warehouse management.
