Arnold Thruster?

Whoever said using dumbbells cant give you a “cardio” feeling didn’t try this haha.

Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes (so 4 rounds)
Complete 40 Arnold Thrusters 45/30

Each round took me 3:30-4:00 giving me a min of rest or so between rounds. Pick a weight you can do 10 reps unbroken with, the reps start to add up.

Full Body Workout:
7 minute AMRAP:
10 alt DB sn**ch (I used 55 #)
5/5 Single DB Push Press
10 Jumping Air Squats

Rest 1 min

Repeat!

Find a weight that is relatively challenging but something you can move at an unbroken pace. I like to transition the DB at shoulder height. Stay in control of the weight and drive through your heels.

FULL-BODY WORKOUT:

AMRAP x 15 MINUTES
400m Run (OR 1 min up down + 1 min Jump Rope)
1 Round of DB Complex*

*Complex = 12 DB Deadlift. 9 DB Hang Power Clean, 6 DB Push Jerks (Score is Rounds)

I used 45 # DB’s today which felt good, find a weight you can perform at least 1 round unbroken with.

I adjusted the run for the up downs and double unders, Demo’d some of the movements here. Share with a friend and give it a shot!

5 min Finisher:

Flutter kicks for 5 min, every time you break perform 5 push ups.

Note: this gets a lot harder than It seems, I went between small kicks and larger.

On a pretty regular basis the new programming we will be sharing will have finishers specific to the day. This was an example.

15 min AMRAP:
15 clean and jerks 45/30 #
15 sit ups with or without weight

Love testing these workouts. Find a weight, go back and forth between the movements at a consistent pace for 15 min. Looking forward to sharing some new programs we have coming up

4 ROUNDS FOR MAX REPS
1:00 - DB Thrusters
1:00 - DB Bent Over Row
1:00 - Up-Downs
1:00 - Single DB Alt. Hang Sn**ch

-Rest 1:00 b/t Rounds-

Demo’d here the sn**ch. I like to alternate at my shoulder, I used #55 today which felt good. For the thruster and row I used #25 to keep my speed up. Share with a friend and have some fun with this one!

Not fancy but extremely effective!

Hit 20 minutes or moderate cardio (run, bike, row, jump rope)

Then 5 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) of:
Squat clean thrusters #35/20

Shoot for 50+ reps!!!

Bit stressed about everything? Give this a shot and let me know how it works haha.

30 min EMOM:
1st Min: 10 bench 155 #
2nd Min: 20 cal
3rd Min: 10 strict Pull Ups

Great blend of strength and conditioning today So Its 10 rounds of each, It starts to add up. Identify a weight you can do relatively easily for 10 reps on the bench to start. Scale the weight, scale the pull up to jumping or ring rows, scale the bike to finish in 45 seconds.

Most importantly have some fun with It.

7 up down devils press 35 # DBs
10 front squats 35 # DBs
10 cal

See if you can get over two rounds every 4 minutes.

3 strict pull ups
5 jumping chest to bar

Complete the above every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
Find a weight that is challenging but can be done unbroken on the bench press.... definitely starts to add up!

13 back squats 155/105
500m row

Goal time is 7-11 min.

Showed a video here of taking the bar from the floor. I focus on a smooth clean, a short drive, and consistent re bend to absorb the load. Give It a try with lighter loads to get the timing down.
