🚨 We’re excited to announce the release of Helio’s new data report filter. The feature allows you to compare and find differences in your customers quickly.

Here's how it can benefit your company:

Banko, a financial banking company, collected 100 survey responses in hours from an audience of bank members in the US. Banko found that 39% of their low credit score customers want to check their scores more often, weekly, or even daily.

Let’s break down how Banko got to this understanding.

Banko started by correlating participants' financial habits to their credit situation.

When filtering participants by credit score ranges, they found that their low credit score participants are likely to check their scores weekly or even daily. 12% of consumers with higher credit scores would check their score weekly, while up to 39% of participants with scores under 689 would constantly check their credit.

This confirms that a significant group of Banko’s consumers would be interested in seeing a credit score update more often, weekly or even daily. Armed with this data, the Banko product team recommended different approaches to stakeholders for their users based on their credit scores.
