Site work wrapped up on this house. Over 500 hours of machine time. Now time for framing.

Prime example of choosing the lowest bid costing you more in the long run. Another contractor backfilled the inside of this new garage addition with boulders and loam and no compaction, leaving grass growing and holes. We had to remove all the materials and bring in new structural sand fill, of course compacted in 1' lifts.
