UPDATE:

The Fiber at Fishers Peak has been restored.

Thank you to all of our wonderful customers who have been so kind and patient today as well as the owner and the fiber company who have worked into the night to get everything back up.

If you are still down please unplug your antenna and router from the wall, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. If this does not resolve the issue please contact the office tomorrow and we will see what is going on.

I would like to start by thanking everyone for being so patient today with the power outage at fishers peak.

Unfortunately we have just been informed that the outage caused extensive damage to the fiber that goes to that tower and they do not have an estimated time of restoration for us to give you all.

We apologize for this inconvenience and will do everything we can to get them moving as quickly as possible. This is not our company but we understand that doesn’t impact you all any less.

Anyone affected by this outage will be contacted and given a discount on this months bill.

Again we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
