I'm happy to announce that AB Tech's Small Business Center asked me back to teach AI to local business owners this summer. I said yes before they finished the sentence.

Here's why this matters. Most AI advice online is either hype or a sales pitch for a course. What people actually need is someone to sit with them, open the tool, and walk through a real task start to finish. That's what these sessions are.

There are four AI classes on the calendar between July 22 and August 12. Two are free, sponsored by AB Tech's Small Business Center. Two are hosted my Applied Momentum.

For small business owners (free, sponsored by AB Tech's Small Business Center):
- Jul 22 — Using AI to Improve Profits and Efficiencies in Your Small Business
- Aug 5 — Implementing AI in Your Business: From Pilot to Practice

For realtors (paid, hands-on workshops, hosted by Applied Momentum):
- Jul 29 — Listings, Emails, and Social Content Workshop ($99). Work from sample notes we provide and build a broker-ready listing, a client email, and a batch of social posts, then take the reusable workflow home.
- Aug 12 — Virtual Staging for Listings ($39, online). What's allowed under disclosure rules, what works, and a complete workflow from empty room to publish ready images.

If one fits, grab a seat while there's room. Links are in the comments.

What's the one task in your week you'd hand off to AI first? Tell me below.
