It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our founder, Jim Weinel, at the age of 92.

Jim's vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to people helped build Gemini into the company it is today. His leadership and values touched countless employees, customers, industry partners, and communities throughout his lifetime.

We are grateful for Jim's lasting contributions and the legacy he leaves behind. Our thoughts are with his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A small private service was held and Jim will be buried at Fort Snelling in Minneapolis. A celebration of life will be held later this summer.

In keeping with Jim's generous spirit, the family suggests that those wishing to honor his memory consider making a donation to a local food pantry or charity of their choice.
