The USA had one of the largest employee resignation last year, this podcast talks about that event. "Your boss has more impact on your health than your doctor" One of the most impactful sentence I found during this podcast was "Learn to talk without hurting others" If you are in leadership I would highly recommend listening and learning from what these individuals have to say about todays toxic work culture and how to improve. SO SO good!

The school year is coming to a close but our kids brains are continually absorbing and growing. Has anyone else been riding the struggle bus this school year with their kids?? Teaching and communicating to children is a challenging endeavor by itself but adding in a pandemic has created insanity. I have some assessment that is here to help!
