If you order shirts for a team, a classroom, a camp or a youth group, this one is for you.
We went back through every youth order we have printed since the end of 2024. That is 1,054 shirts for schools and programs around Fremont County. We wanted to know one thing: how the sizes actually break down. It is the question people end up guessing at, and the guess is expensive. You get a stack nobody wants and one kid without a shirt.
Small, medium and large were 98 percent of every youth shirt we printed. Youth extra small and youth extra large came to under 3 percent between them. On our three largest program orders, 839 shirts together, it split close to even thirds with nothing at either end.
The short version: start with thirds and give medium the extra. Skip the just in case pile at the ends, because that is what is still in the box in October.
