🚨 PRO PREMIER RESTORATION IS GROWING & HIRING – PART-TIME 🚨

We are a small company with big dreams. Pro Premier Restoration is growing, and we’re looking for a hard-working, dependable person 18+ who wants an opportunity to learn, work, and **grow with us as we build this company into something big.

đź’° Starting Pay: $17/hour
⏱️ Minimum 10 guaranteed hours per week
đź’µ $100 bonus for every after-hours call worked

Requirements:

• Must be 18+
• Must be a hard worker and fast learner
• Experience installing v***r barriers is preferred if you don’t know how, you must be willing and able to learn
• Must be dependable and show up when needed
• Must be trustworthy — theft, stealing, abusive behavior, or dishonesty will not be tolerated
• Must be comfortable helping with restoration work, marketing, and other company tasks
• Every Wednesday we attend a networking meeting and must be there by 8:15 AM

Restoration is a 24/7 business, so after-hours work will sometimes be required. Every after-hours call worked comes with a $100 bonus in addition to hourly pay.

When restoration work is slow, you’ll help with marketing, v***r barriers, and other company tasks.

What you can’t see can cost you. 💧

We were recently called to a water-damaged property after another company had already performed mitigation. At first glance, the job may have appeared complete.

But moisture doesn’t care how things look.

As we began inspecting the affected areas, we were questioned about why certain materials needed to be checked and why we needed to keep investigating. The answer became clearer with every step we took, we continued finding moisture where it should not have been.

Proper water mitigation isn’t just about removing what’s visibly wet and setting equipment. It’s about following the moisture, documenting the readings, identifying the full extent of the damage, and drying the structure properly.

Cutting corners on the first visit can turn a manageable water loss into a much bigger problem later.

Don’t just dry what you can see. Find the moisture. Prove it’s dry. Do it right.

We were called to this house due to a dishwasher supply line separation. The whole house had about 2-3 inches of water it affected all but one room. This flood happened in the middle of the night the homeowners did a good job cutting the water off and cleaning enough to get to the morning when they called us and we responded as soon as possible.
