Perked Up Cafe is locally known for its Charleroi location. When Casey Clark considered opening a second shop, the Headquarters at CNX had a prime spot waiting to be filled. Now an integral part of the headquarters, our tenants, Southpointe residents and CNX employees truly appreciate and enjoy the community-centered coffee shop. 2023-2024 Signature Program ✅ Leadership Washington County celebrated the conclusion of its 10-month intensive Signature Program with a graduation ceremony at . During their time in the program, leading business professionals and small business owners gained a better understanding of our local economy and community while also focusing on their personal growth. Thanks to the Signature Program, graduates can adapt their new skills to provide long-term, positive impacts for their businesses across the region we call home.

Volunteers from CNX and The Mentorship Academy joined us inside the Headquarters to pack swag bags for Down Syndrome Association of Pittsburgh’s 4th Annual Topgolf Fundraiser. ⛳️🏌️‍♀️ Proceeds will support our fellow tenant’s vision of greater empowerment and inclusivity for individuals with Down syndrome across the Greater Pittsburgh Region.
