Do you want a career where your leadership actually changes lives?

At Renew Residential Services, we support adults with developmental disabilities in safe, person-centered homes right here in our local community. We’re looking for a Residential Services Coordinator who leads with integrity, compassion, and accountability and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when it matters.

This is a meaningful leadership role. You’ll oversee multiple residential homes, mentor and support caregivers, ensure high-quality care, and advocate for the individuals we serve every single day. Some days you’ll be coaching staff. Some days you’ll be solving problems. Everyday you’ll see firsthand the impact of doing this work well.

✨ Why this role matters:
• You’ll shape the quality of care for individuals who rely on us
• You’ll lead and develop caregivers who do incredibly important work
• You’ll balance leadership with hands-on involvement when needed
• You’ll grow with a locally owned organization that values doing things the right way

💼 The details:
Full-time, salaried position
Monday–Friday with rotating on-call
Salary: $50,000–$65,000, based on experience
Paid time off included

In this front-line leadership role, India will play a critical part in ensuring the individuals at her site receive the high-quality, person-centered care they deserve. She will work closely with the individuals we support to keep care plans current and will support the caregiving team in consistently following those plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

India brings strong management and supervisory experience, along with a proven ability to lead teams with consistency and care. She is dependable, hardworking, and deeply committed to the individuals we support. India is passionate about providing exceptional care and being a strong advocate for her clients, and that dedication shows in everything she does.
