🎉Happy Father's Day from Renew Residential Services LLC!
Today we celebrate dads — and I want to take a moment to reflect on what that really means.
Renew is a family-owned company. My wife Leah and I built it from the ground up, and everything we put into it is personal. So when I think about what we do — providing in-home care for the people we serve — I can't help but see the connection to what Father's Day is really about.
Our caregivers show up every single day and step into someone's life. Not just to complete a task or work a shift — but to be present in a meaningful way. We challenge every person on our team to see their work for what it truly is: you aren't just getting through a day, you are part of someone else's day. That matters. That changes things.
When I think about the best dads I know, they show up the same way. Not because they have to, but because the people they love deserve their best. They're invested. They're present. And the little moments they show up for — those are the ones that last.
To every dad out there doing that kind of work — in your home, in your family, in your community — this day is yours. Thank you for loving the people around you the way you do.
