So as most of you know, I’m in my shop alone a lot of times so I needed a way to move things around and this seemed like a really good option. This is a harbor freight 2500 pound winch powered by a Milwaukee battery. I can also make this powered by DeWalt Ryobi, etc. this thing packs a punch unfortunately the first night that I had it done I got to use it on a friend‘s car to pull their car up on a trailer and let me tell you I was impressed! You can hook the one side to whatever you would like and lift or pole with it. The plate alone is $65 and then I can also make them complete with winch battery holder. So around March of this year, I decided that I would be taking a break from TR repair and going to run a different shop for a different company by no fault of neither party 1776 and myself have decided to part ways so with that being said, I have no ill feelings for anybody involved with 1776. This was just a choice that I made for myself and my family.

Moving forward! TR repair the shop and the service truck starting Monday, August 31st will be back in business! I will provide the same services as before the reason I took a break was because I was a little overwhelmed, so I am gonna change a few things one being my scheduling and timeframe that I take to get stuff finished. Everything will be on the schedule and everything will be finished in as quick manner as I possibly can. I appreciate everybody’s past and future business and I look forward to having a busy fall if you need to get a hold of me, my number is the same as always 605-988-4494. So, Melissa and I have some news!!

We have decided to close the doors on TR Repair. On March 1, I took a job with Denning Companies. I will be running the 1776 Kustoms and Service in Chancellor, formally Hostetler Repair. I am very excited to see where this journey will take our family! I had a great experience for the last 4 years with TR Repair but we decided as a family that it was time to pursue other dreams and goals. What this means for you is Better service and shorter turn around time. We will still offer a service truck that is bigger and more capable than mine was! We have a diesel shop that offers anything from a simple DOT, to full engine rebuilds, complete truck polishing paint and body for cars & semis. And of course, I will still be doing custom cars and hot rods.

T&M Metalworks will stay the same! My family will be running this business like we have for the last couple years with no changes!!
