Madeleine has been part of the E&A family for 10 years as a Lifeguard and 4 years as an Instructor, and she reached an exciting milestone when she became an Instructor Trainer in May 2025.
Her commitment to excellence and leadership has made a lasting impression on the teams she supports.
What Madeleine values most about lifeguarding is the impact, knowing that her work truly matters. From recognizing risks before they escalate to staying calm under pressure, she takes pride in doing things the right way. Sheβs especially passionate about training and leading other guards, watching skills click, confidence grow and standards stay high.
Outside of aquatics, Madeleine enjoys reading and making pottery, finding creativity and balance in her downtime.
