📣 HIRING: Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote / Contractor)
Hello! One of my clients is seeking a part-time bookkeeper. See below:

✨ I’m looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Bookkeeper to join us as a part-time 1099 contractor. If you love clean books, simple systems, and catching issues before they become problems, keep reading!

What you’ll do:
• Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Perform monthly bank/credit card reconciliations
• Review P&L + Balance Sheet for accuracy & flag issues
• Support monthly close (deadlines typically by the 10th)
• QBO project tracking (job cost tracking)
• Maintain & reconcile inventory + COGS monthly
• Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure payroll transactions are recorded accurately
• Track tasks in ClickUp + time in Harvest
• Communicate via Gmail, Loom, Google Meet

Tools: QBO, ClickUp, Harvest, Gmail/Google Meet, Loom, LastPass

Great fit if you have:
✅ 2+ years hands-on QBO experience
✅ Associate’s degree in Accounting (or related)
✅ Comfortable with inventory/COGS + payroll reconciliations
✅ Strong attention to detail + clear communication

Details:
• Part-time, 1099 contractor
• $20/hour
• Fully remote + flexible hours (EST client communication down the road)
