Bradbury Miller Associates Bradbury Miller Associates is a library/information services search firm that assists libraries of all types across the U.S. with executive searches.

Bradbury Miller Associates will develop a specific proposal defining its services upon request by any potential client. We will do so based on the information we are provided, and we are flexible in incorporating any subsequent requirements that may emerge during the search process. However, the following services are basic to our search methodology:
*Understanding the organization and its needs b

y meeting with the client's stakeholders
*Preparation and placement of the announcement/advertisement, as needed
*Expanding the pool of candidates by approaching potential candidates directly
*Screening by in-person interviewing in order to provide excellent and well-qualified candidates to the organization
*Checking references, as needed
*Handling the detail work and orchestrating the project to provide the best experience for our clients and candidates
*Additional guidance-- we interact with you in whatever ways you find most helpful!
