Oil/refrigerant seepage identified at the filter dryer. Extensive sulfur corrosion confirmed throughout the unit. Customer advised the refrigerator is not economically repairable and will replace the unit. Customer informed of findings and advised that any new refrigerator installed in this location will need to have the lines coated to slow the sulfur corrosion.

Testing revealed only 2.5 V DC from the control board on the fan circuit. Replaced da31-00342a — evap fan motor, da94-06781r — control board (replaced fan motor and replaced control board under warranty). Customer to advise on operation following repair completion.

Canton
• Coffee system (FCS4050) — coffee machine was not reaching temperature. We confirmed via diagnostic display that the brew boiler was reaching 93°C operating temp, but the steam boiler (heater 2) was failing to rise above 26°C ambient. Diagnostic testing confirmed steam boiler hardware failure. Machine requires Franke-authorized service for steam boiler hardware diagnosis and repair. Recommend restoring telemetry connection so contracted vendor can monitor remotely.
• Electrolux freezer (R22CWF2) — Electrolux freezer was leaking water and the fan was not operating. When we arrived, we found the unit had already been disassembled with the evaporator fan removed. Cleared obstructed defrost drain and reassembled unit. Fan operating normally, no more water leaking.

North Canton
• Whirlpool washer (CAE2745FQ0) — The customer requested a comprehensive check out of their Whirlpool washer to determine its current condition and any needed repairs. Our thorough inspection revealed that this CAE2745FQ0 model needs wash tub, hub and shocks. Diagnostic evaluation completed. Customer provided with comprehensive assessment of needed repairs.
• Whirlpool washer (CAE2745FQ0) — The customer contacted us about a coin-operated washer not working properly. During our diagnostic process, we identified error codes F8E2, F4E1, and F8E1 on the Whirlpool CAE2745FQ0 unit. Diagnostic evaluation identifying F8E2, F4E1, F8E1 error codes. Determined needs drain pump and coin switch replacement.
• Whirlpool washer (CAE2745FQ0) — The customer called for a check out of their Whirlpool washer. After examining the CAE2745FQ0 washer, we found that it needs wash tub, hub and shocks. Diagnostic evaluation completed. Provided repair estimate for needed components.
• Whirlpool washer (CAE2745FQ0) — The customer called about a coin-operated washer not working properly. Our diagnostic revealed multiple error codes: F8E2, F4E1, and F8E1.
• Bosch dishwasher (SHP78CM5N/28) — an E21-30 error code that kept recurring on their Bosch dishwasher. When we arrived, the E21-30 error code was present on the display. Used shopvac to clear zeolite fan. Unit successfully passed test cycle.

• Samsung refrigerator (RF28HMEDBWW/AA) — Ice maker frosting up and ice not fully freezing; occasional water dispenser issues. Ice-maker frosted up. Removed ice-maker and cleared frost. Ice room has y clips installed already and seams sealed with silicone. Will need to repair using Samsung ICE MAKER SERVICE KIT if issue returns. Quote emailed to customer.

• Whirlpool refrigerator (106.51129212) — lights flashing on and off in their Whirlpool refrigerator. Our inspection revealed the door switch was faulty. Replaced wpw10515057 — light (found door switch faulty. customer to replace switch.). Switch replacement will restore proper light operation.

Uniontown
• Samsung oven (NX60T8311SG/AA) — Oven not lighting. Bake igniter had failed. Replaced 12400035 — ignitor (replaced igniter). Six month warranty on parts and labor.

Waynesburg
• Maytag dryer (CDE20R7A) — dryer heats but will not tumble/turn. Upon inspection, we discovered the belt was broken. Replaced 341241 — dryer belt (replaced belt with one from truck stock. right hand front bearing slide was displaced, i was able to reinstall it without having to replace it.).

Wooster
• Speed Queen washer (AWN632SP116TW02) — Speed Queen washer was spinning slow, squeaking, and smells hot. Found belt slipping. Replaced 38174 — belt (replaced belt).

Diagnosed bearing failure — customer declined repair (diagnosis and estimate provided). Estimated repair price was $275 — customer will likely replace entire unit.
• Admiral washer — The customer called because their washer keeps beeping. Upon arrival, we discovered the beeping was actually from a smoke alarm with a dead battery, not the washer itself. Diagnosed noise source and identified CSC Service Works equipment requires specialized service.
• Whirlpool freezer (WZF34X18DW00) — Water leaking from frosted suction line to compressor. The compressor has been replaced and the system has been overcharged. Performed system evaluation and diagnosis. Recommended returning the refrigerator to the store where it was purchased.
• Whirlpool washer (WTW7000DW0) — Whirlpool washer won't start. We found the GFCI outlet had tripped, cutting power to the washer. Reset GFCI outlet, cleared F2E1 code, ran auto test. No codes showed back up, unit is operational.

• Maytag washer (MHW5100DW0) — Maytag washer machine turns on but will not start. Upon inspection, we found the door latch plug was not plugged in correctly. Reconnected the door latch plug properly. Machine operational, but customer advised of bearing issue.

Canton
• GE refrigerator (GTS18HGNDRWW) — The customer called because their refrigerator wasn't keeping the bottom section cool. The evaporator fan in the freezer had failed. Replaced WR60X31522 — evaporator fan.
• Kenmore washer — The customer called because their Kenmore washer's spin cycle isn't working. The washer had a stored fault code for basket speed. Recalibrated the washer's speed sensor system. Washer now operates correctly with proper spin cycle function.
• RCA refrigerator (MTXY14EPGRWH) — Refrigerator was leaking and dripping from the freezer area onto the top shelf. Our inspection confirmed the customer's suspicion — the defrost drain was completely clogged. Cleaned drain and cleared defrost drain.
• Refrigerator (HRB171N6AWE) — The customer called because their refrigerator was still frosting up. We found the evap fan running slow. Replaced K1870599 — fan.

• Electrolux washer (EFLS527UTT0) — Washer was going out of balance. Upon inspection, we found both rear shock absorbers disconnected. Reconnected both rear shock absorbers.

Hartville
• GE range (JGBS60DEK4WW) — Oven does not heat up. Testing revealed the bake igniter pulling 2.6 amps when it should be 3.2-3.6. Replaced WB13K21 — ignitor oven. Ignited in 40 seconds.

Louisville
• Sub-Zero refrigerator (650/F) — Temp went from 37 to 45. Testing revealed a refrigerant leak in the evaporator system. Replaced 4204400 — service evap 550/650 svce, 7006964 — drier high side svce, R134a — refrigerant. System leak checked clean and refrigerator returned to proper cooling temperatures.
• Maytag dryer (MEDB835DW4) — Dryer making loud noise and drum hard to turn. Upon inspection, we discovered the blower wheel scraping on duct. Resolved scraping.
• Whirlpool refrigerator (WRF767SDEM01) — The customer called about their Whirlpool refrigerator with a freezer icemaker not making ice. Upon inspection of the freezer compartment, we found the icemaker cycles round and round and will not stop. Diagnosed faulty icemaker through manual testing. Customer chose not to proceed with repair at this point.
• Whirlpool dryer (WED4815EW1) — Whirlpool dryer was making a squeaking noise during operation. Upon inspection, we found the drum roller had locked up and the belt was shredding as a result. Replaced 4392065 — dryer maintenance kit (replaced both drum support rollers, idler pulley and belt).

• GE washer (GTW680BSJ1WS) — The customer contacted us because their washer appeared to be off balance. Upon inspection, we discovered that the tub and shaft splines had stripped. Performed diagnostic evaluation of mechanical components — repair determined to be uneconomical. Customer advised that repair costs would exceed machine value.
• LG refrigerator (795.71033.010) — Refrigerator/freezer not cooling, with ice melting in the freezer compartment. Unit was running, but not cooling. Performed diagnostic inspection and temperature checks. Recommended replacing unit. No charge for today's visit.
• Whirlpool dryer (WED4800BQ1) — Dryer making loud noise and rhythmic rattling during operation. Inside the drum, we found a plastic bead stuck in the front drum slide — this was creating the loud rattling noise as the drum rotated. Removed plastic bead from front drum slide. Tested good — noise eliminated, dryer operating normally.
• Bosch dishwasher (SHP78CM4N/25) — Error code E9240 even after reboot of dw. Three consecutive stored E:9240 fault codes were retrieved via the CS test program confirming a slow drain / water in sump condition. Installed a proper high loop per BSH installation specifications and cleared the drain path. Full CS test program was run to completion with no fault codes generated and drain pump pumping clear on all drain cycles.
• Whirlpool refrigerator (WRS588FIHW00) — Whirlpool refrigerator was not making ice. During inspection, we discovered the icemaker was stuck in dump position. Replaced W10873791 — ice maker.

• LG washer (WM2010CW) — The customer called because the bearings are bad. Upon disassembly, we discovered that the drum support was broken and the front half of tub was worn through. Performed diagnostic disassembly and damage assessment — parts are not available at this time. Customer advised of unrepairable condition due to parts unavailability.
