Established cleaning company looking to fill multiple seasonal positions, primarily for Weekend turnovers. Fewer hours to start for training purposes before the Summer season kicks off. Approximate hours would be 9am-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays, beginning at the start of May. Compensation would vary based on experience and position, ranging from $18-$25 /hr with the addition of incentives and a bonus at the end of the season.
We are in need of part time cleaners as well as Staff Management to run crews. Responsibilities for this position would include staying on schedule, knowing access instructions for each location, ensuring each task is executed efficiently and to our high standards, each task is checked off before leaving a house, cleaning buckets are fully stocked and organized at the start and end of each day, and helping their team clean to get through each property in a timely manner. You must also be able to respectfully greet and interact with homeowners or renters if necessary. English speaking is a must to ensure proper communication.
Must be professional, detail oriented, and able to transport cleaning supplies to and from locations, either with your own vehicle or one of the company cars (Crews ride together). Must be a self starter, a team player, responsible, and respectful of equipment, products, properties, coworkers, and clients. We will also be running background checks for potential applicants.
