Two years ago today we were on Sanibel replacing a customer's AC. Who could have known what the island would be like 2 years later. Today we have 4 active projects on the island. Proud to be a part of the recovery effort.

We are going over and above for our customers impacted by hurricane Ian. We are going all over Florida to ensure that we can deliver our services. Since the storm our employees have been to Lakeland, Miami, Tampa and Sarasota to pick up cooling equipment for customers that wasn't available in Lee or Collier Counties. We will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

We were called to a customer's home in yesterday for an AC that started up when the power was restored, but then failed to run. When we arrived and opened the air handler in the attic we found that the wiring had actually melted due to an electrical surge creating a short in the unit. This customer was lucky that there wasn't a significant electrical fire. Please share this post and call us if you have any issues with your AC after the power returns.

This is what we call "The Tale of the Tags". When we do an Air Conditioner replacement we remove and recycle the homeowner's old unit. As an informal survey we take the brand "tags" off of the old units and keep them in a box in our warehouse to see what brands that we are most often replacing.

Do any of these brands look familiar to you? If they do and you are having issues with the unit, give us a call for a free estimate on a new Trane system.
