👋 Welcome to the New XMAN
Many people have asked where the name XMAN came from.
The answer is simple—it started with family.
Our business was named after our first son together, Xavier, who we affectionately called our little “XMAN.” What began as a nickname became the name of a company built on hard work, integrity, and serving others.
While living in Pennsylvania, years ago, we began investing in rental properties and house flips. What started as improving our own properties quickly grew into something much bigger.
We found ourselves doing demolition, junk removal, mold remediation, repairs, and remodeling—not because it was our plan, but because every project needed someone willing to solve the next problem. Before long, we had purchased our own dumpster to manage demolition and cleanouts, and we realized we loved transforming properties from the inside out.
Last year, our family made the move to Southwest Florida, bringing with us years of hands-on experience and a vision for what XMAN could become.
Today, XMAN Property Restoration & Remodeling reflects not only where we’ve been, but where we’re going.
We proudly offer:
🔹 Remodeling
🔹 Property Restoration
🔹 Mold Remediation
🔹 Demolition
🔹 Junk Removal
🔹 Home Improvement Services
We proudly partner with homeowners, real estate investors, property managers, businesses, storage facilities, and commercial property owners who need a dependable team they can trust to restore, improve, clean out, and transform their properties.
Whether it’s remodeling a kitchen, removing years of unwanted junk, cleaning out a commercial space, demolishing damaged materials, or restoring a property after mold or water damage, our goal is always the same:
Deliver quality work, communicate honestly, and leave every property better than we found it.
This isn’t just a new logo. It’s the next chapter of our family’s story and it represents GROWTH!
Growth in our family.
Growth in our experience.
Growth in our vision.
To everyone who has supported us along this journey—thank you. Your trust has allowed us to grow, and we’re excited to serve even more customers throughout Southwest Florida.
Welcome to the New XMAN.
