Learning Community Business & Networking is designed to meet other like-minded successful entrepreneurs to help you reach your business goals. Learning Community Business & Networking will help members develop and achieve goals for personal, business, and professional endeavors by providing network review, business tools, and one-on-one consulting. Nonprofit Purpose
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Eligibility for Membership
Application for voting membership shall be open to any Entrepreneur or professional of each segment of any industry. Annual Dues
The amount required for annual dues shall be $295 each year, unless changed by a majority vote of the members at an annual meeting of the full membership. Continued membership is contingent upon being up-to-date on membership dues. Regular Meetings
Regular meetings of the members shall be held weekly, at a time and place designated by the President. Currently meetings are held on Tuesday Mornings at 8:00AM at the Remax Building located at 2366 Surfside Blvd, Cape Coral, FL 33991
