So along with cleaning up your fuel system, it would also be a good idea to start the season with a new fuel pump.. For several years now we've had great luck with these great heavy duty pumps.. These use full size -6 AN port fittings instead of the dinky little 10mm OD fittings like most other pumps (ie Walbro) See the blue fitting below for comparison). We have seen these restrictive fittings cause a substantial fuel pressure drop on the dyno under full load..
Plus these things are built to LAST! Just say NO to Walbro Bro!

Here's a hot product for your 600 motor: Stainless steel exhaust studs, with special smooth fl**ge nuts that accept a 12mm wrench for easy fitting of your exhaust headers.. A must for Suzuki motors which don't have exhaust studs from the factory- or to replace those rusty or bent studs in the other brands. Just $29.95 plus shipping. And remember our intercooler type oil coolers help warm the oil faster in cool weather, as well as cool the oil in hot weather.. both are important to keep those rod bearings from spinning/burning!

It's car building season! This is a great time to install the FTZ oil cooler in your car. A lot of people don't realize how hot their oil is running, as it can be much, much hotter than the coolant temperature.. and that can easily cause spun rod bearings... ugh!
